Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Complete

  • 8 oz Almond Milk

  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Puree

  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • Splash of Vanilla

  • Ice Cubes

Directions: Blend together and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Oats

  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree

  • 4 Tablespoons Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice

  • 1/2 Tablespoons Honey

  • 2 Scoops Unicity Vanilla Complete

Directions: Blend everything in blender, cook on griddle until light brown and cooked throughout. Serve with sugar-free syrup, peanut butter, applesauce, and/or fruit.

Protein Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Complete

  • ¼ cup oats

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 2 eggs + 1 egg white

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon maple extract

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

Directions: Mix everything together in bowl. Fill greased mini muffin pan ¾ full with batter, cook 10-12 minutes.
