What is the Unicity Feel Great System?

The Feel Great System is a metabolic health protocol combining two science-based food products — Unimate (premium yerba mate concentrate) and Unicity Balance (patented fiber matrix) — with the 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule. It is designed to manage insulin levels, reduce appetite, boost sustained energy, and support weight management without restrictive diets. Both products are listed in the Prescribers' Digital Reference (PDR).

What does Unimate do?

Unimate is a concentrated yerba mate drink that has been clinically studied for its ability to improve mood, reduce appetite, enhance mental clarity, and provide clean sustained energy. It is used during the fasting window (16 hours) to bridge the fast without spiking insulin, making intermittent fasting significantly easier to sustain long-term.

What does Unicity Balance do?

Unicity Balance contains the patented Biosphere Fiber™ blend that forms a viscous gel in the gut when consumed before meals. This gel slows glucose absorption from food, blunts post-meal insulin spikes, reduces LDL cholesterol, and extends the feeling of fullness. It is clinically studied and listed in the PDR.

Is there a money-back guarantee on the Feel Great System?

Yes. Unicity offers a 90-day 100% money-back guarantee. If you use Unimate and Balance as directed and track your usage in the Feel Great app for 90 days and are not satisfied with the results, Unicity will issue a full refund of your purchase price.

How is the Feel Great System different from other intermittent fasting supplements?

The Feel Great System is the only intermittent fasting protocol built around two PDR-listed, clinically studied food products specifically formulated to address the two main barriers to successful fasting: hunger during the fast (solved by Unimate) and post-meal glucose spikes that break metabolic progress (solved by Balance). It is backed by Unicity's 23 years of metabolic health research.

Where can I buy the Feel Great System?

You can order the Feel Great System through feelgreatbyfadi.com, Fadi's independent Unicity distributor platform, with fast local delivery available in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, South Africa, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and worldwide. Ordering through an independent Unicity distributor like Fadi ensures member pricing, personalized support, and access to the coaching community.

How long does it take to see results with the Feel Great System?

Most users report reduced cravings and improved energy within the first 1–2 weeks. Visible metabolic improvements — including weight normalization, improved blood glucose readings, and reduced afternoon energy crashes — typically become consistent between 30 and 90 days of daily protocol adherence.

Can I drink coffee while on the Feel Great System?

Yes. Black coffee (without milk, sugar, or cream) does not break the fasted state and can be consumed alongside Unimate in the morning. Unimate is designed to replace or complement your morning coffee, providing superior mental clarity and energy without the afternoon crash that often follows caffeine alone.
